B Recovered was born from something I saw over and over in my clinical work:
women handed a baby, a six-week appointment, and almost no roadmap for what their body truly needs to heal.
My patients kept asking for real guidance — something clearer, kinder, and more intentional than “rest and see how you feel.”
So I created B Recovered as the recovery plan they should have been given from day one.

Many women don’t find support until 6 weeks… 6 months… or even 6 years later.
Some experience late-stage pregnancy loss or infant loss and are left to navigate healing alone — the appointments stop, but their body and heart are still recovering.

Each phase includes full sessions, micro-dose options for low-energy days, and supportive self-care rituals.
Every 4 weeks, you’ll complete a readiness test to ensure you’re prepared to progress.
